Raversyde

Where history and nature meet!

The provincial domain in ostend invites you to travel back in time to learn about the residents and the past all while admiring nature.

In Raversyde you can immerse yourself in two world wars. Visit the recently renovated Battery Aachen, with bunkers from World War I. Or go exploring in Battery Saltzwedel Neu, a bunker complex from World War II. If you want to know more about life in the medieval fishing village of Walraversijde, you can also visit ANNO 1465. There are activities for young and old. It is bound to be a fascinating mix of heritage and culture.
